Care+ registration issue fold 4

Hi everyone,

I just received the phone from etisalat on thursday 3rd of november and I'm facing an issue with registering the phone in care+ as the message shows that IMEI is not eligible i have looked in samsung members app in the benifits section for the care+ but is not their

Anyone else faced this issue and how to solve it ?!!!

Go direct to Samsung branch with your box and invoice and they will handle the situation
