Cant download or send media on dual whatsapp

Any idea how to fix this i almost tried everything, please help

Hi,

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.

Don't worry, i have one option to bring your data back. Just install WhatsApp Business application and register your mobile number you will get all data back dear.

Well im using the whatsApp business now for my second number instead of Dual and its working fine ... thx
