Bluetooth connected but voice/audio not working on connected buds Pro 2

Hi, I am facing issues with Bluetooth of my phone. It connects my buds Pro 2 or watch or any other Bluetooth device successfully but unfortunately audio doesn't work on connected device.

I tried Bluetooth settings reset, multiple phone hard resets, buds Pro 2 and watch reset but it didn't work.

Then I did my phone factory reset and after that it started working fine however then I restored my settings from Samsung cloud which again put me into same situation. 

Anyone has any idea on how to fix it without full phone reset to factory settings?

It seems like a software-related issue, possibly related to the settings being restored from Samsung Cloud. Try clearing Bluetooth cache and data in your phone settings. If the problem persists, consider contacting Samsung support for specific troubleshooting steps or updates that might address this issue without a factory reset.

Check your settings in sound assistant. And re calibrate your setting with out restoring backup. Then backup up.

I have done multiple factory resets and my problem is not yet resolved.

I am able to listen to audio after turning off A2DP hardware offloading under developer options and this allows audio on Bluetooth devices but unfortunately issues about phone calls remain without resolution.

I think it is time to move away from Samsung as the durability and reliability of such expensive phones is very much questionable.
