Galaxy FoldHere's how to use Secure Folder:
1. Open Settings on your Samsung device.
2. Scroll down and find "Biometrics and Security" or "Lock Screen and Security" (the exact wording may vary based on your device and software version).
3. Look for "Secure Folder" and tap on it.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Secure Folder.
5. Once set up, you can add apps, photos, files, etc., to the Secure Folder.
6. To access the Secure Folder, you'll need to use your chosen authentication method (PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or iris scan).
While Secure Folder may not be exactly what you're looking for, it provides a secure way to lock and protect your apps and data without the need for a third-party app. If you're looking for more specific app-level locking without Secure Folder, you may want to explore third-party app lockers available on the Google Play Store. These apps can offer more granular control over individual app locks using PIN, fingerprint, or face recognition.

Galaxy FoldSamsung offers a feature known as "Secure Folder," designed to safeguard apps, files, photos, and more through PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or iris scan protection. This feature creates an isolated space on your device, ensuring the privacy of your apps and data separate from the rest of your device. While not a dedicated "App Lock" for each app, Secure Folder serves a similar purpose by enhancing the security of sensitive information.

Galaxy FoldThats what Im looking for. For example I have used Xiaomi Poco X3 pro. and it allows me to block everything I want. For example, when using the phone, my child can only use the apps that are available. but access to settings and play store YouTube is blocked. and others that I consider should not be used. and the Samsung secure folder does not work for what I need to block

Galaxy FoldI forgot to mention that in Poco X3 pro it is a system function, it is not an application that must be installed additionally
