We bought Z Flip 3 in January 22 and now screen is black. Took to service to repair they decline the request stating it was dropped. The issue transferred to Samsung UAE and also declined.
So upsetting as phone never dropped and always in gel rugged case, and screen like brand new no scratch.
I am happy to send to Samsung Koria to be checked there and if they confirm the fault is from a drop, then I am happy to bear all cost associated with this.
It is just awful that Samsung treating their loyal customer this way.
I have over 12 brand new note mobile purchased brand new. The last was the Z Flip to my wife.
Time I guess to switch to Huawei!!
