This is my second flip phone. In both phones, after a period of use, the screen protector near the hinge starts peeling/bubbling. For the flip 4, Samsung refused to replace the screen protector in Mumbai. Today I took my flip 5 to the BKC store and was told that they cannot replace the screen protector as the hinge may have a gap or the glass near the hinge is not aligned properly. Clearly these are design issues which Samsung is aware of, but is failing to address these issues for customers. My flip 5 is just out of warranty and it is disappointing that I am not being given the service which is expected after having bought an expensive phone
