Do Not buy the flip series

Actually I've been with Samsung since Galaxy S3 and I've bought all kind of phones in each year.

From my experience, Don't go with the flip series as it has so many problems.

Just now i updated my phone Galaxy Z flip. I left the phone updating and fold it " closed the phone ".

Then without any external effects and no one even touched the phone. I FOUND IT LIKE THAT. 

it's crazy i know. But i dare #samsung to check the phone if they found any damage which can effects the screen like that.

So basically it's my last flip phone.

I'll go with the S22 ultra.

If as u say the phone is totally from itself and not from bad use, samsung promises warranty for it so reports it to samsung or goto closest samsung nearby and they should get u a new one

Samsung middle east is useless man.. they will basically say it's your bad.

A friend of mine had the same thing and same scenario.. i guess it gonna happen with lots after 2 years.

I have another phone which I'm using and i don't use the flip phone that much. And the screen just **bleep** up.

I bought 3 flip phone and all 3 same issue kept for charging and opened then broken from center. Samsung denied and said its due to our fault

I even contacted the HQ of Samsung. But basically they don't care... they just wait for the escalation and when the product's reputation down. They gonna move.. but seriously just bcz how they deal with their customers, I'm thinking to go with any competitor.
