Can't able to use mobile data after the recent update. I have to enable and disable airplane mode to access internet for few min. This update is ridiculous need a patch for this ASAP.

Yes its verry verryyyy slow with latest patch. Hardly i can browse. Its working good on other phones. I went to service center as well. Still the same issue

Having same issue . Feel like i am using 2G device .

My mobile internet is feel like heartbeat sometimes its work fine and sometimes suddenly stops. I tried everything.

We want carrier aggregation in f62

Ignore if these steps were done:

  1. keep airplane mode off, switch off data, data sync, wifi & bluetooth, switching off device
  2. take out sim cards
  3. restart to recovery mode - > reset apps
  4. restart device -> reset network
  5. switch off device, insert sim card, switch device on
  6. switch on data first, check for data speeds with media streaming apps like youtube (720p and above mode), amazon prime etc. Then use fast.com and speedtest.net 
  7. turn on data sync and continue to monitor
  8. if network speeds are faster at night, then its service provider issue.

Authorized Service center should be able to flash the rom for free. Its their standard protocol. 

In the city I reside, Samsung closed its own service center. So understood what the ASC will offer, they are obliged to make Rom updates.

If possible take another phone with you to show sim cards are working. Or ask them to use their own sim.

in my case, for testing documentation on the submitted device, I told them to use their sim to verify the experience.

I went to service center as well. They said update cannot be rolled back. They tried installing the OS but no luck. Such a worse update by samsung . Just like that they released the patch without testing
