Which network are u using.
Plz go to your carrier and get your sim card replaced. There could be a reason for your sim card being damaged. This issue I had when I was using m51 but after the replacement of my jio sim problem was solved and now no issues. So first check which carrier r u using.

Did you updated your phone with the latest update? If yes then wait for update for bug fix, or try clearing cache partition or reset your phone, and check if problem is resolved or not.
