FIRST TRY
FORGOT ALL WIFI NETWORKS
IF NOT WORKS
DO RESET NETWORK SETTINGS
SETTINGS >GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET NETWORK SETTINGS
ELSE
RESTART DEVICE ONCE

NOW CHECK AGAIN
STILL ISSUE ?

Or the person POCO M2 doesn't turn On his Mobile Data.

Mobile data on device broadcasting Poco M2 might be turned off.

Or your device is blocked by the other.
