Is it possible to scroll vertically in samsung app drawer by tweaking any setting or by any 3rd party app...

You can't do it in Samsung's inbuilt app drawer. You would have to use third party launchers like Nova Launcher.
Has tons of features and customisations.

If you only want vertical scrolling then use pixl drawer.
If you want more customization then use Nova Launcher.
