My dear go to Samsung Members App, click Beta registration program banner, click join , click enroll then go to setting and software update. Thanks.

Open Samsung Members app and tap banner of 'OneUI Beta program' (Don't confuse, M23 and F23 is the same)
Now press 'Join now' and finally read instructions and press 'Enrol' button (keep in mind that this is a beta update so you may face minor bugs).
Now you have successfully enrolled for beta update of OneUI 6.
And final step:
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install and install the software update

Bro, M23 and F23 is same device... And the beta update banner appears only on supported devices...
