How do I stop samsung F62 reading aloud my notification in lock screen

RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS ONCE ALL SETTINGS WILL CLEAR THEN THIS WILL ALSO
STOP

SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS

AND CHECK AGAIN STILL PROBLEM ??
