Nah. Just install Nova launcher. I would recommend you to buy its prime key. That's it. All the icon packs you can acquire from pirated websites for free.

Another thing I will recommend you to buy: Hex installer and theme plugin. Trust me, it is one of the most beautiful synchronization to OneUI.

KWGT widget maker (pro key also)
Hex plugin (unlock key)
And icon packs of your choice. Those can easily be acquired as pirate version.

Settings theme/color/icon/text are changed through Hex ?

Yes. Hex plugin offers a large range of theme presets, which can be found in playstore. Some are free, some need bucks. Mine is one of them: Hex Terpsichora theme engine. This costs about 2 USD. Though some elegant and beautiful presets are already free!
