I'm really loosing my patience I wasted 25k on samsung f62 after july update this phone is lagging way too much even 10k smartphones run better than this internet connection is below pathetic call drop is way too much and this mother**bleep**ers first ruin this smartphone even after so many complains they aren't issuing any update they are going to give update in October seriously

I'm tired of sending reports for last 2 months and now I'm loosing my patience 25k isn't a joke either u fix this **bleep** or return my money it's not even 5 months old device

VISIT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER ASK THEM TO DOWNGRADE SOFTWARE VERSION
AT [ 1 FEB-2O21 SECURITY PATCH UPDATE ]
THIS IS BEST SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR F62 !
OR
[ 1 APRIL-2O21 SECURITY PATCH UPDATE AS THIS IS MUCH BETTER THAN CURRENT ONE ]

I USED 3 MONTHS WITHOUT UPDATING PHONE SOFTWARE
[ ON 1 FEB 2021 SECURITY PATCH VERSION ] !

Its because lack of ca in f62, provide feedback to samsung to enable ca(4g+) in f62.

Already done multiple times I didn't knew this before buying otherwise I would have never purchased this **bleep** I thought it's a 25k device CA must be there bcuz it even comes in 10k device from next time never going to buy any device without full information
