No bro, yeh bhi ho sakta he ,developers carrier aggregation ko sirf major os upgrade me hi enable kar sakte ho. So don't lose hope and continue sending feedbacks. If after major os upgrade also, if it is not enabled then we will lose hope.

Haa bhai, mere liye toh 17k me bhi worth it nahi he(because of network issues). Ab major os upgrade ka wait kar raha hu, agar tab bhi carrier aggregation nahi aaya, toh better 15k wala dusara phone lelu. Bas tab tak me feedback pe feedback de raha samsung ko carrier aggregation ke bare me.
