Buy a new sim on the same number. Problem will be solved. Trust me i did this and my network issue solved. It was because of old sim on new 5G phone. Problem is solved. Look this https://r2.community.samsung.com/t5/Tech-Talk/Jio-Network-issue/td-p/14905966?src=ShareByUserCM
