I have F23 5G and after the new update the phone works for a while and then gets restarted automatically.

Is anybody is facing the same issue? And can the team please look into this?

Please complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Thanks.

How can we reach out to team so that they'll release a new update sooner cause I need a phone I can relia on and if it gets shut down automatically anytime it wants it's not much reliable tbh

Kindly use a genuine Samsung charger.
Note: We always recommend using a genuine Samsung charger for charging your device.

Disable the auto restart function
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function

Method 1: Settings>General management>Reset>Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Method 2: Settings>Battery and device care>Three dots>Automation>Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled

If the issue persists kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
