We acknowledge your query. To resolve your Galaxy device network speed, Please perform the below-mentioned steps:-
Check the device network in an open area
Check the device in a different location/network coverage area.
1. Check the device network mode settings
Go to settings>Connections>Mobile networks>Tap on network mode SIM1 or SIM2>Select network mode>Select network mode as 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode
2. Check network operator settings.
Kindly set the device network operator as "Automatically".
Tap on Settings>Connections>Mobile networks>Network operators> Automatically>OK> Registered on the network.
3. Check SIM cards
Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.
4.. Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.
5. Reset the device:
Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.
Tap on setting>General Management >Reset.
