In my Samsung Galaxy F62, after latest July security patch update, there is having some serious network issue in my phone. Network reception has became so poor now and internet in working like a snail. I can't even use whatsapp because of this network issue. And I found out, I'm not the only one who's facing this issue after this latest update, more than 65% users are facing this serious network issue. I have done all troubleshooting steps, 1 did factory reset phone so don't reply me with the same robotic network troubleshooting steps. Please do something and release a quick patch update to solve this serious network issue asap. Also this phone lacks carrier aggregation. Other cheaper phones have this feature. Why don't you add carrier aggregation support in Samsung F62? What's the use of buying this expensive phone if network is not working properly? A phone without proper network connection is like a brick. Please unlock 4G+ support for this phone in next update.

The network issue has been resolved mostly aftwr update . If u stl r fcng it do tke it to CC .thr can b a hrdwre issue also. CA will hopefully be implied if we ask fr it. Go to my post n like n cmmnt thr . Many cmmntd thr so that it can reach to Samsung. Send a mail to them also.

When samsung carrier aggregation will be released..the network issues will be solves maximum. When its CA not released day by day problem will be increase..one day suddenly got frustrated from user's the samsung devices will be broke then never use samsung next time...so,samsung as soon as immediately rollout carrier aggregation update from users

For 4g plus,
Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from unique users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat,twitter, instagram,facebook,linkedin,etc. It is the power of our feedbacks only , that samsung started to give clipboard in many devices.

It's happening with all f62 users because Network connectivity on samsung f62 is very poor that's why we need carrier aggregation .

Even i am facing the same issue. Could not browse aything and can hardly open any app. Seems they just pushed the software without testing network connectivity..

I went to service center. They simply installed the same OS. Seems That's what they can do.. still issue persists
