My Samsung F23 is not charging fast and when I charge it shows the time as 2 hours 29 minutes but after some time this time becomes 10 hours
And if my phone is fully charged then it gets automatically discharged without using it, it does not work much, what should I do

In your case try 2 things.
1. Wipro cache
2. Clear data and wipe cache of device care. I think your problem should be solved.

Search on youtube 9900 code.

See this video it might help.
But do a wipe cache..

1st step is to change the charger or the cable. Or just pull your usb cable just a bit and see or you can change slowly till you find a good connectivity between the cable and adapter.
