Why does the notifications from the icons goes when we clear the notification from notification bar? I want my device to show how many notifications are there in each app(for eg 20msg in whatsapp,15msg in instagram) even after we clear it from notification bar. Help me pls

It's native feature of samsung. I don't think there's any inbuilt option for that!! You should try any third party option or widgets...
