What is this?

Techy pathsaala videos are in 4K and if i watch in 4K but due to any reason i switch other app and then if i open youtube 4K videos are set to 480p max and unable to play 4K and stuck on landscape. 

And if i play video on 4K60fps with 1.25X speed. It shows too much frame drops and sync issue with audio even i am unable to screen record when 4K video is playing. 

Any method to fix this.

Why do you need to playback in 4K60? It's dropping frames because the hardware encoder is not able to keep up with 4K playback at 25% higher speed.

Haan lekin 4K me jab chal raha ho to kishi dooser app me switch karo phir youtube check karo video ka resolution.

4K 60fps me problem jyada bo rahi hai. Bhai kishi yek particular video me issue nahi hai lagbhad sabhi 4k60fps me issue hai and many 4K30fps also.
