Please koi mujhe btayega wipe cache partition kaise hoga pc ya laptop pe connect krke ya charger se bhi ho jayega ???

To wipe cache
First Power off your phone
Then press power button and volume up button until and unless it shows boot up screen hold volume button till there comes recovery
With volume up and down button select wipe cache partition and press power button
Now reboot your phone

Yes you have to connect your phone to any pc/laptop through data cable

Or you can connect to any other phone too if you have type c to type c cable
