Bro Follow these steps
1) tap on the edit icon on the image which you want to make sticker [pic1]
2) tap on the Lasso 'round circle' [pic2]
3) draw a rough sketch around the object [like pic3]
4) AI will automatically select the object [like pic4]

5) save the img [pic1]
*see how the img looks like in bottom view of gallery, img with white bg,which means pic only contains that selected object, not a whole pic with background*

6) Then open any other img in which you want to add this as sticker (like I choose smartphone pic)
7) then click on smiley, click on stickers [pic1]
😎 Click on gallery icon - click on Add(+) [pic2]
9) THERE YOU GO :) next time you want to add this sticker anytime, just follow 6th & 7th step, you'll find this sticker there already
