I've done all of these procedures that you're mention but still it doesn't solve the problem.
I have already try to charge with another fast charger, it work and show fast charging but whenever i try to charge with the original adapter the same message and issue pop out.
Additionally I've used another type c cable but the problem still persist

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps.

Make sure to connect the charger to a working power socket.

*Check the main socket by connecting any other appliance.
*Check whether the connected device is working fine or not.

Check your charging cable and power adapter for any signs of damage, like breakage or bent prongs (3 pins of the adapter of the charger of your mobile device).

Note: We recommend using a genuine Samsung charger and charging cable that you receive with a Samsung device.

Check connectivity & charger functionality: Please check whether the charger cable and adapter are fixed well.
Remove the charging cable and reconnect with a mobile phone. If the mobile phone doesn’t charge then check with another charger (If available).
Note: Examine the charging port & charging cable to ensure there are no foreign objects blocking the charging cable.

Request you to check the charger functionality with a different device or try to charge the same device with a different charger.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
