Can't open more than one app in "Keep Open"

I can't lock more than one app in recent apps..I already do Oneui cear cache and all.

They might have changed "Lock this app" to "keep open" and restricted to only one app 🙃
Probably with the One UI 3.1.1 features update 😬

Not coming 3.1.1 in f62 yet....

It is not changed with One UI3.1.1.
It is possible that they added keep open on devices which released with one ui 3.1.1.
