Could anyone please suggest how can i remove or delete this 'zipped apps' icon from my app screen? It's automatically created some days ago while i were using storege booster from device care.

It can't be deleted...it is a system app

But you can hide it..
Open homescreen settings
There Hide apps option available
Click on it and hide this app

Frist please say your oneui version
The process to remove this app is different in different oneui versions

Frist unzip all apps inside the zipped apps
Then go to app info of that & clear data

Today there is an update for this app and useful if you want hold not frequently used apps.

Just go to Settings, Apps, and clear data and cache of Storage Saver!
