You're experiencing issues with 5G connectivity on your Samsung F23 after a factory reset. Let's dive into some potential causes and solutions:

Potential Causes
1. *Software Glitch*: The factory reset might have caused a software glitch, affecting 5G connectivity.
2. *APN Settings*: Although you've reset APN settings, there might be an issue with the default APN configuration.
3. *Network Settings*: Resetting network settings might not have resolved the issue.
4. *SIM Card*: The SIM card might not be configured correctly for 5G connectivity.
5. *Firmware Issue*: There could be a firmware issue specific to your device model.

Troubleshooting Steps
1. *Check 5G Network Availability*: Ensure 5G network is available in your area and your carrier supports 5G.
2. *Reconfigure APN Settings*: Manually configure APN settings using the correct parameters provided by your carrier.
3. *Reset Network Settings Again*: Perform another network settings reset to ensure all settings are restored to default.
4. *Check SIM Card Configuration*: Verify your SIM card is configured correctly for 5G connectivity. Contact your carrier if needed.
5. *Update Firmware*: Check for any firmware updates for your device, as this might resolve the issue.
6. *Contact Carrier Support*: Reach out to your carrier's support team to ensure there are no issues with your account or their network.
7. *Visit Samsung Service Center*: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, visit a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.

Additional Tips
1. *Backup Your Data*: Before attempting any troubleshooting steps, ensure you have backed up your important data.
2. *Check for Software Updates*: Regularly check for software updates to ensure you have the latest firmware.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the 5G connectivity issue on your Samsung F23.
