Last one month mic problem my C9 pro. My voice is not clearly reach to others, everyone complain that they are unable to hear me. Kindly solve the problem

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused as you are facing voice issue. We would like to inform you kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-

- Open Samsung members application>>Diagnostic>>MIC>>Status. If the device status is normal then there must be some network issue.
- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Centre in order to get your device physically inspected by the Service Engineer. Please find service centre details in the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
