i jave visited vijayanagar bangalore service center to exmaine the issue is phone. after examine the phone they said its due to charger connector issue and told it will be repared but you have to take a backup of tje phone. so i went back and tried to connect to laptop using usb cable unfortunatly usb is not detected in phone and the charging connector is damaged by service center guys buy handling unprofessional way and i a. unable to gake backup of phone. so i went bacl to service center and told same that due to usb is not connectable after giving you guys to exami e plz dont delete data from mobile as i have some critical apps running i phone. but service center guys are not ready to take up the repaire work without loosing data. i am really unhappy for this kind of response even after spending more than 30k and i cant reinstall all the app every time for minor issue. please do the needful at the earliest...
