fast charging not working

Fast charging is not working on my c9 pro though its on in setting 

I also bought new charger(15watt fast charger) from samsung smartcafe but it oftendont work 

What would be the issue

thats the software issue it can get fixed by a software update at service centre if u still face same problem then you charging port might have problem or might be damaged my suggestion is to show that to service center

yeah it must be software issue cause port is clean and fine

Go Setting And Device Mentinice And Then Battery Option And Advenced Setting And Now You See Fast Charging Enable Aur Disable.

there is surely something wrong with SAMSUNG C9 PRO ....I have replaced 4 genuine original chargers...Fed from last 2 years.. fast charging mode worked for initial 2-3 months...ans since then it never did...
now the condition is it takes hours n hours to charge....
I also bought same S9... looks like that set is also on same track...behaving same way as C9 PRO did....
I won't buy any samsung phone henceforth...
such a disgust feeling having samsung phones...
Samsung chat people say to go to service center...who charges exorbitantly to get it correct by making us belive there could be fault in socket...blah blah
