No security patch in c9 pro after August.
No confirmation that are getting oreo or not.
faulty OS provide by you with a lot of waiting .
No proper response from your customers care.
If you face any error hard reset is only solution for it at last. customers care done the same . and mention this we are doing it with software.
cheap quality of the accessories
skip sensors in premium devices

wtf wrong with samsung . i am done with samsung.
