WiFi Calling/VoWiFi is missing on C9 Pro

In Marshmallow 6.0 as well as in Nougat 7.0 update wifi calling was showing up but after the uodate to oreo 8.0, the wifi calling option is missing out from Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro! Why?
