Hello sir. i am using c9 pro since 6 months ago but no update of c9 pro has come. I previously asked these question to make an update of nougat in c9 pro.But no action has been taken. J series are getting nougat update and c9 pro which is extremely costly is not getting any update.
Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your feedback. Sir, Samsung offers you the best value on the product released. Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices.
