Unable to install SBI Anywhere Personal App

After download, when I try to install the SBI Anywhere Personal App, I keep getting Error report with Error code-505. Please help to solve the errror.

I have already got in touch with the SBI support team and have done everything like deleting catche data etc from Google Play Store App as advised by then but there is no success. There is apparently no problem with the third party application as this SBI App is working fine with other Android phones. In my C 9 pro this App was working fine till I updated your software some time back. To me, the problem appears to be with the software of C 9 Pro, not the third party app. pl resolve and reply.
