Samsung need update for c9 pro

we are Samsung c9 pro users I have some question please answer me

1.why you not prfered updatefor c9 pro
we spending rs 36700 but you not preferred first choice is update
for Samsung galaxy c9 pro
here the low level model such as j7 and on series get update android 7.1
But Samsung first 6gb ram not getting update
what a shame Samsung
If you prefer only j and s series then why you introducing c series in market
we want value of money
I suggest you for software update in following order
1.Note series
2.S series
3.c series
4.A series
5. J series
6.on series
This is correct order
in future you will consider in this order

note: if you planning to give yo os 7.0 for c9 pro I request you please give Android 7.1 for c9 pro

I was an iphone guy....and before 5 months bought s7 edge.....biggest mistake...Samsung is making us fool guys...just compair the prices of s8+ and note 8...they have just released it and now note 8 at the price different of 2000... Dont buy Samsung..

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices. Nougat is already planned for the concern Samsung devices soon these are going to receive a nougat update.
