Problems/Issues in C9 Pro

I have recently purchased C9 Pro 6 Gb a week back and updated it immediately to Android 7 after purchase and have noticed following issues with the phone...
1. There is no screenshot toggle within the phone for taking screenshot whereas it is available in cheapest chinese mobile.
2. No three finger swiping option for taking screenshot, only button option which is very primitive.
3. The network reception quality is pathetic for Jio sim as compared to my Redmi Note 3. It shows only single bar as compared to Redmi note 3 at the same place. Not able to receive and make calls from Jio sim at all even after putting it in 1st sim slot. Callers complaining about that.
4. Although VOLTe appears on top of the screen, one cannot On it in Settings-Mobile Networks-VOLTE in the menu. There is no way you can do it as this is in disabled mode. Very strange.
Requested to resolve/suggest the above issues.

Tried all options... Left to right, Right to left, Top to bottom, Bottom to Top. Its not working

hi i am also using c9 pro from a year..

1.. there is a palm swipe option in the settings which takes the screenshots if you swipe your palm..

3 and 4 its depends on the area .. my jio sim download speed is 3mbs

I figured out that one needs to swipe his palm vertically touching the screen. Thanks all for the response.
But Point no. 3 and 4 are related to the reception quality of C9 Pro. At the very same place and angle Redmi Note 3 is showing 4 Bar signal strength and there is hardly any signal on C9 Pro for Jio. I have to removr the Jio sim and put it back in Note 3 and its working fine as it was since last one year.
Samsung needs to bring an update for better VOLTE reception.

Can anyone tell me why Sim 2 is being shown on top of screen and signal bar of sim 2 is within a square?? Unable to find out...😑😑
