PlayStore not downloading and updating any apps available through mobile network. But downloading through WiFi.

1) Kindly use any other mobile data connection to check the issue.
2) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Play Store >> Clear cache.
3) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Tap on More >> Reset App Preferences.
