Need an update for c9 pro

I am using samsung c9 pro. And my mobile last update was july 2019. Since then it has no update. I need android 10 on my mobile. Samsung doesn't bring any update. I am currently using android 8. While all other brands bring latest update. I am really frustated for this

Any idea when will next update be there for my device.

No brother you not get android 10 officially list you mobile is not in listed only security patch or some bugs related updates you get

may c9 pro also got 2 major update as per samsung policy android 10 you not get

Your device is not listed in any of update schedule I guess July 2019 is last for yours and support is discontinued.
