Looking for Application

I am looking desperately for an application for "Answering Machine Software", for my Samsung Galaxy Smartphone C9 Pro. 

Kindly suggest me the best one.

I am also looking for an application which would be most similar to "Lock Screen Stories", available in latest Samsung phones having Version Pie n above.

answering machine apps will not work as it does for home phones ..

You need smarthome device for that and only few countries allow this .. example if you live in USA than only you can available this using smartphones

I am looking for a software which would work as answering machine and I have a smartphone C9 already. I am not looking for any machine or device. Hope you understand. There are few apps but not good ones.
