I was using my headphones till this morning. Then I installed the nougat update on my galaxy C9 Pro. Post update, all the videos, audios, music everything stopped working. The headphones are working for calls and system notification. Anyone faced such a problem? I tried in safe mode but the issue persists. Any tip would help greatly.

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

I read in a few posts here that factory reset didn't work too... And it's a big hassle to backup so much data. Do we have any other way? Samsung must send a new patch to fix this.
