After updating my c9 pro to 7.1.1 the headphone jack has stopped working and the videos from the gallery app have also started lagging. can anybody help to solve this issue. thanks😀

Same with my phone. Video player is not working properly after update but ur headphone will run just attach headphone then lock the screen & again unlock it... headphone will work... but i'm still trying to find out the issue with video😓

I found a solution which solved my video issue
1. Power off the phone
2. wait for 10 secs
3. say some magical spells
4. Power on
Videos started working in the gallery
and
Headphone problem solution
1. connect headphone
2. open settings

Do this: Go to settings : Apps : click on 3 dots: reset app preferences. the restart your phone. once back up go to sound settings and turn off uhq upscaler.
