My Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has got this error messages and it is not charging since 3 days. Tried all the methods mentioned in different forums, but to no avail. If this is persistent, what's the use of the mobile in rainy days. Worth mentioning that my mobile didn't get wet or came in contact with water in way possible. Now I have only one option to charge through Powerbank. Thanks that it's least with me. I can't even connect with pc. Anybody been through the same, kindly suggest a solution. And Samsung need to rethink about it and release an update that gives a way through, else it is sure to lose customers just because of this petty but persistent issue.a979c84e-0257-4b0e-9f47-c08edfd4fca5.jpg

use a hair dryer in phone off mode

Change your mobile USB PORT or USB charger

go to settings- apps- system apps then go for USB settings
clear data
once I tried this method on my note 8 and it worked

I found a solution through purchase of new charger that supports fast charging. But though the mobile shows fast charging not supporting, still it charges at fast speed.
