The reason is coronavirus. They are protecting their employees. They have limited resources.  They can't do everything on time as of now. You may tell they can work from home.

A Pandemic doesn't hold your ability to update mobile devices on the air. There is a reason Internet exist.
Samsung have changed the native Stock Android so much, that now they have to write hundreds or even thousands of lines of codes for every single update......for every single model.

Making software takes hell lot of time . It is not easy when you have to stay at home and make it . Just a person who works in a tech firm
