my phone is in dead condition and its in warranty period can service centre charge me to just to check whats the problem with my phone by giving a lame reason to check the phone they need to open my phone for which there is a chance of my phones back door being cracked while opening the phone for which they asked me to pay 5000 indian currency my question is when my phone is in warranty period and to just check whats the problem with my phone samsung service centre is charging me then for what warranty is for.... fooling people....

u should not pay charges if ur phone is under warranty
