I tried connecting M11 with A51's Hotspot wifi calling working in M11

When tried connecting A51 with M11's Hotspot wifi calling is not working in A51. I have no idea why is this happening.

I contacted airtel also. They said wifi calling is enabled in your handset.

Wifi calling settings is turned on all the time.

Please help.

Wi-Fi Calling lets you make and receive voice and video calls over a Wi-Fi connection instead of using your cellular connection. If you have a Wi-Fi connection and are in an area where voice service is weak or unavailable, use Wi-Fi calling to continue making voice calls.
