Use jio sim and goto your phone settings and enable it from there wi-fi calling. Or just swipe down your notification panel.

if wificalling option available in your device than turn on and connect to any wifi network than wifi calling increase your jio sim network for calling.
for enable wificalling do/follow some step.
1st
swipe down notification panel and click on wificalling.

go to setting
connections
wifi calling turn on
