wi-fi disconnecting issue

In my A50 , while using wi-fi it suddenly disconnects and sometimes while in video call also WiFi gone. But for others in my house wi-fi is working properly.

Please give any suggestions for this issue

Most probably its issue with the latest security patch or earlier one.

Factory reset it, or visit service center for inspection.

goto settings>general management>reset>reset network settings.

1. Forget the Network: Go to apps screen >Settings >Connections > Wi-Fi >Wi-Fi network >Tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select Forget Network.
