why my media speaker is mute?

I connected aux cable to my mobile and when I disconnected it, I couldn't hear any sound from my media speaker.
how can I fix that? help me

I restarted my phone and it didn't work but after that I turned off/on my phone and problem fixed.

My problem when I connect AUX the volume goes down.to 60%
